*The intended audience for the Leadership Forum includes Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), Technology Directors, Technology Coordinators, Technology Specialists, Network Specialists, Student Information Systems Specialists, and Financial Application Specialists. The fee for the Leadership Forum covers all sessions and events on Tuesday, including a luncheon with a guest speaker and a reception at 5:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall.

**Workshop participants must pay for a day's conference or an Exhibit Hall pass.

THE FULL CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES . . .

Your choice of over 250 concurrent sessions, the keynote session, exhibit hall admittance, exhibitor presentations, coffee breaks, and the Wednesday reception. Pre-registration also guarantees a conference totebag. If you register onsite, bags will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  (NOTE:  A bag is included with full-conference or single-day registration only.  Attendees who register only for workshops and the exhibit hall will not receive totebags.)

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

Conference Fees
All cancellations and requests for refunds will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee and must be received by October 20, 2008. Requests should be mailed to McRae & Co. at the address below or emailed to amy@mcraeco.com. No refunds will be given after October 20; however, participant substitutions can be made.

Workshop Fees
There are no cancellations or refunds, but participant substitutions may be made. Participants may select alternate workshops if requested workshops are unavailable. In the event that a substitute workshop is unavailable, workshop fees will be refunded without penalty. (To attend a workshop, a participant must also register for at least one day of the conference or buy an Exhibit Hall pass.)
