The Full Conference Includes

Your choice of over 250 concurrent sessions, the keynote session, exhibit hall admittance, exhibitor presentations, coffee breaks, and the Wednesday reception. Pre-registration includes a conference tote bag. If you register onsite, bags will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. (NOTE: A bag is included with full-conference or single-day registration only.   Attendees who register only for workshops and/or the exhibit hall will not receive tote bags.)

Cancellation / Refund Policies

Conference Fees

All cancellations and requests for refunds will be subject to a $25 administrative fee and must be received by October 9, 2015. Requests should be mailed to McRae Conferences & Trade Shows at the address below or emailed to No refunds will be given after October 9; however, participant substitutions may be made.

Presenters Who Have Paid Registration Fees

If Presenter 1 has paid the registration fee and his/her application to present is accepted, the registration fee will be refunded to Presenter 1.  Co-Presenters must register to attend the conference.

Workshop Fees

There are no cancellations or refunds, but participant substitutions may be made. Participants may select alternate workshops if requested workshops are unavailable. In the event that a substitute workshop is unavailable, workshop fees will be refunded without penalty.


Attendee substitutions may be made until October 19 by downloading and completing a registration form and submitting it to registration management. The name of the person being replaced must be on the form.  After October 19, substitutions must be made onsite at the conference..

PLEASE NOTE: Sharing a Full Conference Registration is prohibited. Only one name badge will be issued per registration.
