Conference
totebags are guaranteed with pre-registration; however, for on-site registrants,
bags are available only on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees
who register only for workshops will not receive totebags.

Please note:
Pre-registration guarantees a conference bag. If you register on-site,
bags will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. A bag is
included with full conference or single-day registration only.
Five-Member Team Registration
Schools sending a five member team consisting of one principal, one media
specialist or technology coordinator, and three additional team members will
receive a discounted pre-registration fee of $600.00 for the team. You may
register a team online or by using the printed registration form. All team
members’ registrations must be submitted at the same time.
CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY
Conference Fees All cancellations and requests for refunds will be subject to a $10.00
administrative fee and must be postmarked by November 1, 2005. No refunds
will be given after this date. Refund requests must be in writing and
addressed to McRae & Co. at the address
below.
Workshop Fees There are no cancellations or refunds, but participant substitutions may be
made. Participants may select alternate workshops if requested workshops are
unavailable. In the event that a substitute workshop is unavailable,
workshop fees will be refunded without penalty.
