Now that most schools have made that initial investment in instructional
technology hardware and software, they are faced with the issue of upgrades,
improvement, and keeping up with the rapid pace of technological change.
Technology planning tips and tricks for administrators can help ease the burden
of keeping up and staying current. This workshop provides proven techniques for
systemic technology planning by considering the needs of users, melding needs
with curriculum, ensuring that professional development keeps pace with teacher
needs, and identifying funding sources to ensure application of the technology
to curriculum. Schools and districts must use their valuable resources wisely to
ensure equity of access, proper integration, and efficacy of use. This workshop
will provide a tool kit for participants to deal with many of the issues they
face.

If you have a little bit of hands-on experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver on a

from Word and Excel documents directly into Dreamweaver MX 2004 while preserving
fonts, colors, and CSS styles; and even crop, resize, and make minor image edits
without ever leaving Dreamweaver. And since this workshop is designed for people
who already know Dreamweaver’s basics, we’ll spend a LOT of time focused on
advanced (but really simple) topics like XHMTL, XML, CSS, cross-browser
compatibility, 508 compliance, and extensibility.
To enroll in this workshop you must have at least six months of hands-on
experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver and at least one year of hands-on
experience with creating folders, saving files, etc. on a PC or Mac. While the

miserable.
