As the former Director of Technology for the State of Maine, Kim led the state of Maine as the first state to deploy a statewide 1:1 Laptop Initiative. Maine's statewide wireless laptop program provided laptop computers to all seventh- and eighth-grade students and teachers and provided wireless LAN infrastructure to all 250 middle schools in Maine. A leader and visionary, her experience and commitment to the true integration of technology in the classroom make her a sought after expert in the educational technology arena. |
