This is the second part of a two-session meeting designed for school system Title II-D program managers for FY03 Ed Tech Competitive Grant.  Participants should plan to attend both sessions.  Presenters will provide information on state and federal requirements for financial and program accountability.  They will also outline tentative evaluation plans for the project and possible support services to awardees.  Participants will be asked to complete a needs assessment and to participate in group discussions that will shape future activities for grantees.
