GaETC 2002 WORKSHOPS

REGISTRATION
Workshops are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You must register for at least one day of the conference to participate in a workshop.  All workshops require additional registration fees as noted in the session descriptions.  Use the registration form to register for the workshops and include alternate choices in case your selection is full or cancelled.

LOCATION, PARKING, AND TRANSPORTATION
To allow convenient access to workshops,  some conference workshops will be located in the Trade and Convention Center and some will be located in the Hyatt Regency located directly across the river at 2 West Bay Street.  Workshop participants should park at the Trade and Convention Center.  Complimentary transportation from the Trade and Convention Center to River Street (and back) will be provided for GaETC participants via the water taxi.  The Trade and Convention Center will be operating a new water taxi which can accommodate up to 140 passengers at a time.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT CREDIT
Staff Development Unit (SDU) credit will be awarded by the Technology Training Center at Macon State College for individuals who meet SDU course requirements.  These could include pre-conference planning and post-conference reflection and/or projects.  Participants must complete the required SDU Prior Approval form and present it at the Staff Development Desk upon arrival at the Trade Center.
